I'm the Human Resource Generalist for CABKA North America, Inc., a plastic pallet manufacturer located in Hazelwood, MO. In this role, I lead the company's efforts in the hiring, training, and administration of 100 employees. I have single-handedly established the Human Resource Department by creating policies, procedures, and handbooks and developing and implementing an innovative new hire orientation program. Additionally, I implemented the payroll conversion from Paychex to ADP. I am truly passionate about my work and take pride in a job well done. I take my responsibilities seriously, but also know how to have fun. Colleagues find me to be trustworthy, approachable, and a resource of information. I require little direction/supervision and I can (and do) work well alone, but I am at my best when collaborating with others. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing others succeed. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from University of Missouri - St. Louis and I am currently studying for the SHRM-CP.
