Joe has over 25 years of experience in health care sales and marketing, operations, change management, and business development. Joe earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas - Facultad de Medicina. A 6 year program in medicine from a public nationally accredited medical school located in the northern state of Tamaulipas, Mexico. Listed in the International Medical Education Directory where a one-year internship, a one-year social service period and a Professional Examination are required for award of the final medical diploma, the Titulo de Medico Cirujano (Physician and Surgeon Degree). A one year internship was completed at Memorial Medical Center and Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. A Medical Degree Statement of equivalency is credentialed by World Educational Services. Although not licensed in the US, he has a passion for the application and crossover between the life sciences and technology.
