Your go-to girl, jack of all trades, project specialist just relocated to Portland, Oregon area. I had been with SC Fuels for over five years where I have grown into my role in project management. In April 2015 I was assigned lead assistant for the General Petroleum Reissue Project. We had newly acquired this company, I learned and helped train my peers in the 5 new Cardlock networks; Pacific Pride, CFN, Voyager, NBS, and Network Fuels. I worked 10 hour shifts for 2 weeks at the close of the project reissuing thousands of fuel cards. I acquired help from our customer service team, assigned individual projects for them with strict specific instruction, managed the overtime they put in, was the first to come in and the last to leave along with my direct manager. I helped resolve problems, and performed quality control. This project was accurately completed, customer accounts were retained, and we met our deadline. Shortly after, I was recognized by the Vice President of our department, and presented with the Endeavor Award. I’m motivated to succeed and dedicated in the process. I like to engage in the bigger picture and feel that my role is in fact greatly impacting the company. I also participated in team building activities. I represented SC Fuels as a team at a 5k in Seal Beach. I was part of their health and wellness programs, the FItBit challenge, after work exercise programs, and the President’s Challenge. I engaged in customer service appreciation week, driver’s appreciation week, and quarterly luncheons. Work was not just work, we were a team, and a family.
