I am a Monetization Team Leader, responsible for the monetization & retention of players acquired for the games developed and published out of Playtika Canada. I also advise on the user acquisition strategy, being a former Lead Digital Marketing Manager, where I was responsible for the user acquisition & retargeting performance for the World Series of Poker (WSOP) free to play app. This is all part of the work I do for Playtika, one of the most successful mobile gaming companies in the world. I lead by example, focus on growth, and am analytical in nature. I balance hard & soft skills by both managing a team & being responsible for strategy, execution, creation & analysis of campaigns. My experience (8+ years) in digital marketing allowed me to learn & work with some of the best. I specialize in buying from some of the biggest platforms -- Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Ad Networks & DSPs. I have progressed to monetization & retention, where I focus on in-app user behavior, game economy, in-app purchases, ad monetization, Live-Ops, CRM, community building, etc.My education includes a Graduate Certificate in Internet Business from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the John Molson School of Business (Concordia University).
