I'm an experienced transactional attorney and business executive, with a diverse work background that helps me understand how in-house counsel need to balance our role of managing risk with a practical business sense to help deals get done. Before law school, I worked in business and operations management. After graduating, I spent time at a large private law firm which exposed me to different companies and industries, and taught me to work with clients and partners with varying styles and methods. And for the last 13 years, I've been on the front lines with a leading multinational manufacturing company, helping to grow both our product portfolio and global footprint. And along with our GC, I'm always striving to elevate our in-house legal team to serve as best-in-class advisors to our executives for both business strategy and risk management.
