Known for my strong communication skills, my love of tackling challenges, and my teamwork approach to both work and life. I have a strong belief in helping others and am actively involved with both professional and social organizations. I identify talent and work with manager and candidates through out the hiring and on-boarding process. After on-boarding I continue to work with our team members to provide knowledge and guidance related to human resources. I'm also a key contributor to unique projects, such as our employee development program and reinvigoration of the new employee orientation and on-boarding process. Originally from Louisiana, I relocated to Dallas in 2010 to pursue my career in Human Resources. I'm now doing what I planned to do and loving every minute of it. I truly enjoy being a part of the Dallas community and a member of the PlainsCapital family.
