Tina joined Pinnacle Health System (UPMC Pinnacle) in May 2015 as vice president, mission effectiveness-chief diversity officer. Prior to joining Pinnacle Health System, Tina served as chief executive officer and director of resource development of the YWCA Greater Harrisburg for 15 years. Tina has worked in the human service field for over 30 years, collaborating on issues dealing with hunger, homelessness, the welfare-to-work program, health care, domestic violence, sexual assault, childcare and racial justice and is compelled to make sure those less fortunate have a voice. Tina is mission and service driven and ensures that core values permeates the culture, business practices and delivery of all organizations she leads. Laser focused on building a talented, diverse and inclusive workforce, with employees representing the multiracial, multi-generational, cultural and ethnic communities it serves. Tina is most passionate about advocacy and using her experience and resources to help those that are in need, providing and creating opportunities for people to excel.
