The Partnership for New York City (PFNYC)

Natasha currently serves as the Vice President of Communications for the Partnership for New York City, the city’s leading business organization. In this role, Natasha worked closely with the Partnership’s CEO and policy team to draft the first comprehensive report examining the social and economic impacts of COVID-19 on New York City. Natasha is responsible for developing and executing the Partnership’s earned and social media strategies, including for its associated organizations, The Partnership Fund for New York City and the Fintech Innovation Lab. Natasha manages relationships with local and national media outlets, drafts press and other materials, and secures interviews with Partnership executives. Prior to joining the Partnership, she was the Chief of Staff of the MTA’s Long Island Rail Road—the busiest commuter Rail Road in the nation. In this capacity, Natasha was responsible for the railroad’s day-to-day operations, as well as the development and management of the LIRR Forward program – a set of strategic initiatives aimed at improving service reliability and enhancing the customer experience. Before joining the Rail Road, Natasha was the project manager of the New York City Subway Action Plan, developed to quickly respond to years of disinvestment and deterioration of subway infrastructure. Natasha has also worked on several political campaigns, including national and local races. In 2020, she worked on the Bloomberg presidential campaign on the policy communications team. In 2017, Natasha managed the successful campaign to reelect Council Member Helen Rosenthal on the Upper West Side. She received her MPA at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and BA from Columbia University’s Columbia College. She was named a 40 Under 40 rising star by City and State Magazine in 2018.
