This experience has yielded an extensive knowledge of network management in both concept and in the requirements of implementation. Possess extensive troubleshooting skills including knowledge of protocols, including PPPOE, PPPOA, xDSL, L2TP, IPSEC, VPN, DS1 to DS3, OC, ATM, Frame Relay, RIP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IPX, and TCP/IP and the use of a broad range of test equipment. Experience working with Unix and all Windows operating systems. Over three year’s extensive experience with Nortel Network’s Shasta Broadband product. Experienced with all Cisco models from the 2500 through the 7500 series at companies such as BellSouth, Vanguard Cellular, Chicago 911, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Pep Boys.
