PactSafe Inc is an internet company which offers Digital Contracts, and Smart Contracts.

I am the founder and President of PactSafe, LLC. We've built the first application designed solely to deliver and manager the legal agreements you find on the web, mobile and other digital platforms. In the past I was a corporate transactional attorney, representing business clients in a variety of corporate transactional matters, with an emphasis on entrepreneurial legal services, startup companies, mergers and acquisitions, and internet law / software licensing. I also advised established business clients on a broad range of matters, including complex business and commercial transactions, real estate, regulatory compliance, business advisory services, strategic planning, business restructurings, general corporate counseling, and venture capital / private equity investment.My clients have included companies in the technology, software, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, advertising & marketing, hospitality, retail sector, auto auction and private equity sectors.Before attending law school, I was an entrepreneur and founded and operating two different internet start-up companies, engaging in all aspects of the start-up process including entity formation, business planning, and raising capital via private placement from angel investors. Prior to my entrepreneurial years, I worked as an environmental engineer for a large Indianapolis based engineering consulting firm.
