My professional experience has ranged from directing enlisted men in engineroom operations on various US Navy war ships to providing design specifications of equipment and processes in the high-tech areas for semiconductor and solar substrates manufacturing.My work experience here at ON Semiconductor has broadened my knowledge base substantially as to how a true leader of the pack, conducts business to ensure continued growth of the business but more importantly the growth of the individual. As the Facilities Manager at ON Semiconductor, my team and I face ever changing opportunities to excel.
