I am a highly ambitious, hard working, results driven Senior Leader with vast experience, knowledge and expertise within the Contact Centre Industry, with extensive experience in the Energy and Finance Sectors. I am currently employed as the Head of Corporate Sales and Service Operations, a senior leadership team (SLT) position in a B2B energy sector where I have overall responsibility for the end to end Corporate business. Previous to my current employer I was Site General Manager for an Outsource Company with a medium size (220 FTE) contact centre within the Clients office. Reporting to the Managing Director, my role as GM was having overall P&L and Operational responsibility for the delivery of service and client relationships whilst leading a team to deliver an effective and profitable unit on behalf of the client in line with commercial and contractual agreements. Teams include, Inbound and Outbound Customer Service & Sales teams along with Customer Relations and collections. I had worked for British Gas for 18 years undertaking various senior Manager roles within Large Contact Centres responsible for large budgets (£4m+) and other Operational and Commercial business units. I am an experienced Sales Manager and I have particular expertise in Customer Experience where my focus has been on Retention Optimisation Initiatives both pro-active and Service Recovery treatment developments. I had also spent around 5 years in Senior Business Improvement roles where I have been instrumental in moving our business forward, delivering growth and taking costs out of the business through delivering significant changes to business Operating models involving major Outsourcing projects both on and Offshore with multiple partners. I thrive on change and drive for continuous Improvement through innovation. I have a proven track record of delivery against business and personal objectives. I have played key roles in building and developing business’s from the ground up and have also evolved and shaped existing business units, through evolutionary change and adopting and leveraging value based and Insight driven treatments. I believe that the roles I have undertaken, and the experience gained have enabled me to develop a diverse skill set within Sales, Operational and Commercial business’s.
