I'm a strategic, analytical leader supporting innovation, growth, and profit decision-making efforts for executives and senior management as well as business development, marketing, underwriting, product development, and operation functions. Currently, I'm an Emerging Insights Managing Director for Traveler's Enterprise Market Research serving as a research subject matter expert (SME) on emerging consumer, business, and technology trends and their impact on the future of the insurance industry and marketplace. I am also appointed as a Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Artificial Intelligence and COVID-19 SME. Before Travelers, I held a leadership position for a startup digital distribution business unit as an Online Product Manager at OneBeacon Insurance Group. This team led OneBeacon's digital strategy and product development efforts by leveraging design thinking and an agile software development methodology to release insurance products to an online platform and ecosystem. In addition, I created market intelligence functions at two third-party administrators - Specialty Risk Services and Sedgwick. Key Accomplishments: --> A key contributor to an insurance company’s first SCRUM team that built a small business online insurance platform of 3 products in 21 months and grew its book of business (revenue) every month. --> Creating and managing a market intelligence capability at Specialty Risk Services (a former subsidiary of The Hartford), Sedgwick CMS, and OneBeacon Insurance Group that assisted with increasing each of these companies' top-line revenue through actionable market and data analytics insights.
