I am an Information Technology Executive with over 15 years of strategic, functional, and technical experience. I've led global teams upwards of 50 resources each, and have been responsible for strategic sourcing of over 15,000 resources, onshore, nearshore, and offshore across more than 30 strategic sourcing partners.I manage IT contracts and resources to discern the most efficient and effective path to achieve business goals. Devising the appropriate strategy for managing IT networks, operations, security, risk management, services, and application development for individual enterprise needs is my area of expertise.The most satisfying achievement in my area of work is when one of my staff achieves goals that they did not believe was possible. I could not have arrived at the stage of my life as it is today on my own.
