As VP of Learning and Talent at Omnicom Health Group, the world’s largest fully integrated global healthcare communications company, I partner across our agencies to provide strategically aligned L&D programs and high impact training interventions.Prior to this role, I was a Manager on Avon’s North America Talent Management and Training Team, focusing on the development and execution of performance management, career development, training and engagement strategies for Avon’s North American Business. Additionally, I was a Leadership Development Coach with Sandra Hartog and Associates, working with various Fortune 500 Companies and began my career with Polo Ralph Lauren on special assignment with the US Open. My expertise resides in the areas of Needs Assessment, Coaching, Instructional Design & Delivery, ROI Analysis, Talent Management, Engagement, and Team-building. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Economics with a minor in Business from Central Washington University, and Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from CUNY Baruch.
