Hey there! I'm a 34-year-old Argentinean with a passion for creative endeavors. With a background in journalism, music, photography, filmmaking, and copywriting, I've always enjoyed exploring the world of creativity in all its forms. I've been fortunate enough to live in the US for more than three years now, working as a regional business director for OLIVER Agency. It's an exciting role that allows me to lead the charge on digital transformation across Latin America. As the only company in the world to create bespoke marketing ecosystems for clients across the globe, we're always pushing boundaries and exploring new ways to make a difference. In my current role, I manage a diverse, multicultural team of more than 70 resources across Latin America, overseeing a P&L of more than 6M dollars per year. Above all, I believe in the power of empathy and listening. These core drivers have helped me develop and coach some of the best talent in the industry. With a growth mindset and a focus on efficiency, we're able to adapt to new and unexpected scenarios, and come out on top. When I'm not working, you can find me exploring new creative outlets, whether it's writing music or capturing the perfect shot.
