An experienced professional with a diverse career that over time offered several leadership/start up opportunities in Marketing, Operations, Human Resources with an emphasis on organizational design, executive recruiting and leadership development. With a career in corporate is now working in nonprofit arena as the Director for the Autism Center at Oakland University (OUCARES). Developing and implementing several support service programs for individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis ages 3 thru adulthood. Ongoing projects including community outreach programs for autism awareness and acceptance offered by OUCARES including an emphasis on employable skills for the adults with autism. As a nonprofit another function is identifying funding opportunities that will support sustainability in OUCARES support services in the future. The goal is always to continue to improve the quality of life for those impacted with ASD.
