NovaCare Rehabilitation is an physical therapy service provider.

As a Market Manager I oversee 10 Physical Therapy clinics and well as our Hand Therapy program which is in 27 facilities in Western PA. I serve as the clinical education liaison for the outpatient division of Select Medical for all of Western PA and currently sit on a User Group panel which is involved in the development of the electronic documentation system that Select Medical uses nationwide. I was directly involved in the development of an electronic training module for all Select Medical employees that will increase their ability to properly utilize evidenced based medicine in their practice. Recently I have been involved with web development and social media content for all of our Western PA facilities.
