I began my career as a clerk at Atkin Chambers. I then moved to 29 Bedford Row. a few years later I obtained a Foundation Degree at Birkbeck College in 'Business Administration & Management' as I worked at 1GC which led to a move to Henderson Chambers. I then gained more senior positions at large specialist International sets Doughty Street Chambers and No5 Chambers. Today I work with the Civil, Commercial and Arbitration team at 33 Bedford Row. My plan is to work with the clerks and management to help strengthen the Barristers and Chambers brand, through strategic planning for a number of practice areas, social media, business development, recruitment and support for Barristers at all levels. I am determined to succeed and exceed expectations for barristers and clients. My role requires me to support companies and clients and use long standing realtionships, to build a service for the future. i regularly deal with solicitors, clients, businesses, professionals, governments and local authorities at ll levels. I am delighted to say that many entrust me to act as their agent to provide the right barrister when needed; or refer clients on to my contacts who I trust. So it is vitally important and we are motivated continuously to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Many of barristers I clerk also have separate public profiles and practice in some of the most complex areas of law.
