I have worked in many delivery models including solutions staffing, staff augmentation, VMS/MSP and hybrid models to deliver top talent to Fortune 500 organizations. I have mentored and led teams of recruiters to deliver consultants based on SLA for both staffing and solution-based projects in multiple technologies. In the St. Louis market, I have been involved with supporting Fortune 500 companies in the St. Louis staffing and project needs since 1996. As a recruiter, I have placed people in both staff-augmentation roles and project solution teams over the years. As a “player/coach”, I remain hands on to keep up with the latest trends while leading and mentoring recruiters. In my 21 years’ experience in IT recruiting, I have established close partnerships with clients to implement customized screening criteria for technical and behavioral skills in order to deliver successful resources for both staff augmentation and solution based projects. I work closely with top IT talent to understand their needs and find the best possible match for their career goals and skill set.
