Nebraska Medicine - Bellevue is a full-service hospital that offers comprehensive patient services with the goal of promoting healing and preventive health care services to support long-term health and well-being. A 60,000 square foot medical office building connected to the main hospital houses family medicine and specialty physicians who are committed to providing the highest standards of care. The medical building further enhances patient care and convenience by providing clinics and state-of-the-art diagnostic services to assist physicians in prompt diagnosis and treatment.

Andy Noon has established his reputation as a change agent and strategic Human Resources leader. He has spent the majority of his career helping organizations develop and execute strategic Human Resources practices. Throughout his career, he have focused his passion and energy around developing organizational leaders because he believes that without exceptional leaders, organizations can not be great. Noon has served in HR leadership positions at world-class organizations such as Mutual of Omaha Insurance and Valmont Industries. His roles have focused on a variety of Talent Management functions, such as succession planning, leadership development, leadership coaching, leadership onboarding employee engagement, employee retention, and leadership selection. He is currently the Director of Talent Management, for Valmont Industries, a global manufacture with locations in over 30 countries.Noon has strong educational credentials; holding a Doctorate in Industrial/Organizations Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Additionally, Noon holds a Bachelors in Psychology, also earned at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, and is currently a certified executive coach from the Center for Executive Coaching. Noon’s passion for people development extends beyond his organizational roles. Since 2007, he has taught graduate-level leadership and organizational behavior courses. He was honored with the Distinguished Professor Award by the University of Nebraska-Omaha’s Executive MBA program. Additionally, he has written a text book (Youssef & Noon, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, San Diego, CA: Bridgeport Publishing) that is used by a National on-line university and is frequently asked to speak at industry conferences on topics related to leadership and talent management.
