Significant experience in Property/Casualty and Management Liability insurance. Background in Safety Loss Control including surveys of prospective insureds for underwriters, as well as Loss Control ongoing account service to retail, construction, service, and manufacturing. Cross-training in specific Industrial Hygiene processes including air contaminants personal monitoring, noise, and ergonomics. Claims administration and incident investigations to include Auto Liability, General Liability, Workers Compensation. Significant experience in hazard analysis and hazard control, incident investigations, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and safety program creation and implementation. Human Resources experience at a senior management level including benefits, conflict resolution, labor relations (bargaining), employment practices, policy formulation, regulatory compliance, acquisition due-diligence and acquisition integration. Member of ASSE since 1988. Associate in Loss Control Management (1993), Texas Field Safety Representative by examination (1989), Obtained Associate Safety Professional designation by examination (1989). Completed OSHA 30 Hour Construction (2015).
