When I was a kid Lego was easily my favorite toy, partly because I could build just about anything I could imagine but also because it helped teach me that building with others was way more fun than building alone. I’ve combined this early ‘aha’ with extensive multi-industry experience into a successful career spanning over 20 years, building, leading and mentoring creative teams, developing innovative approaches to difficult problems and delivering results that count. Leading digital teams on several of the world’s largest and most complex design and construction projects has taught me many things, never stop learning, trust your team, and love the challenge……it’ll make you better.
