National HME is the largest provider of outsourced medical equipment management solutions to the hospice market. Founded in 2006, National HME delivers medical equipment to hospice caregivers either directly through its full-service locations or through its credentialed network of local providers. Through a proprietary web-based technology tool, the company also provides consolidated ordering and invoicing as well as data on utilization, cost trends and network management for reporting and analytics.

As Chief Operating Officer at Casey’s, I oversee store operations, fuel procurement and delivery, operational excellence, new store development, and transportation and distribution for our network of 2,300+ stores across 16 states. Along with our executive leadership team, my work is focused on advancing our three-year strategic plan and supporting our stores as we deliver on our commitment to make the lives of our guests and our communities better every day. I’ve spent nearly 30 years in the oil and gas and convenience retail industries leading operations, merchandising, marketing and logistics at 7-Eleven and ExxonMobil. In 2016, I was named among the Top Women in Convenience for executing strategies that transformed our business. I currently serve on the board of directors of Daseke, Inc. I’m proud of the work we do at Casey’s to support our local communities, and I dedicate time to serve organizations that I care about. I am a founding member of the Village Giving Circle, a start-up charity of the Texas Women’s Foundation, which supports the advancement of women and children of color in North Texas. I also serve on the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Dallas Leadership Committee, the board of directors of Children International and the board of directors for Southern Methodist University’s Rowling Center for Business Law and Leadership.
