Chris is an experienced executive in the Consumer Goods and Wholesale Distribution industries. Has proven experience in planning, developing and delivering strategies and process improvements enabled by technology. He is considered a trusted advisor, and has successfully developed practitioners to support these strategies. Chris has managed worldwide ERP implementations and lead the support organization for a consumer goods company. Skillful in project management, negotiating and problem solving. Ability to effectively translate technology into business processes and results. Chris has experience in worldwide implementations which include the definition of a common business process and system. Developed a global template which was only modified to meet local market and regulatory regulations. He also has experience in many aspects of the ERP software implementation life cycle including project management, scoping, risk assessment, planning and visioning, data conversion, end user training, deployment and post-implementation support. He has strong hands on experience in Sales and Distribution and a deep understanding of pricing, rebates and royalty functionality with 7 full life-cycle projects. Has lead data management efforts regarding the definition, cleaning, cleansing, day to day management and governance. He has authored several whitepapers, from managing profitability, managing rebates and chargebacks to implementing SAP. Specialties: Project Management, SAP Trade promotion management process. Strong in SAP (Rebates, Chargebacks, Claims and Commissions- Sales Incentives).
