Developed and launched GPS Cancer, an AI/bioinformatics-enabled, multi-omics, whole genome sequencing based molecular diagnostic platform combining DNA, RNA, and proteomics analysis to guide optimized, patient-specific therapeutic interventions. Created first-in-class, synthetic viral vector based cancer immunotherapy program combining multiple transgene payloads (cytokines, checkpoint inhibitors, metabolic enzymes and other immunomodulators). Developed GenomeComplete, TCR/neoantigen-targeted cancer immunotherapy program based on a proprietary GeneRank HotSpot Map, next-generation sequencing platform.
