MTR Crossrail (part of MTR Corporation Limited), is the new train operating company responsible for delivering train services on the Elizabeth line on behalf of Transport for London (TfL). The railway will be opened in stages over the next 4 years to provide a world class service running on 118km of railway from Reading and Heathrow to the West of London to Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the East, increasing rail based transport in the capital by 10%.\r\n\r\nOur aspiration is that MTR Crossrail will set the benchmark for passenger experience on European metro services and achieve internationally recognised high standards of safety, reliability, quality and customer service.\r\n\r\nMTR Crossrail will be fully integrated as part of the TfL network providing a fast, frequent service linking the east and west and relieving congestion on some of the busiest Tube lines. I am currently Operations Trainer for MTR Crossrail based in London. I have been a qualified Train Driver for 12 years and a Qualified Instructor for 10 years. I am a Qualifed Assessor. In my current role I train new recruits from the beginning of their training, on all aspects of train driving both practically and in classroom.
