I am an extremely driven individual and expect the same of others as i do of myself. Anyone around me must strive in the pursuit of perfection and excellence in everything they do. I want everyone on my team to be the best they can be at what they do by living, breathing, sleeping and practicing their specialist skill set. I will always have time and give 100% of my energy to those who are passionate about what they do and want to excel and be the best. I am not interested in people who lack motivation, drive, focus and just see what they do as a job rather than a career and specialist trade. You may have gathered that i am old fashioned and this would be accurate as i believe that we should all have a trade and then ensure that we stick to it as long as we enjoy it and then do everything to be the best at it. You can only be the best if you continue to improve everyday, whether it is by making mistakes and attaining experience along the way, by learning from others or by studying industry focused courses. I only want the best people around me even if they know more than me so we can build great things together and marvel at our achievements in years to come.
