My background in business marketing and my legal education are both utilized as I help attorneys navigate their legal careers. Whether it's a lateral law firm move, or a transition to an in-house role, I counsel legal professionals to help them find opportunities that truly align with their vision for their practice. I work in the Associate Practice Group and focus on working with associates of all levels of experience. This group consists of former practicing attorneys with many years of experience and deep recruiting knowledge. We bring a team approach to recruiting so that our candidates benefit from our collective experience and increased accessibility. We pride ourselves on taking a tailored approach to the market, ensuring that we add value and insight every step of the way. This personalized approach includes resume review and revision, interview preparation and offer negotiation. We have extensive knowledge of firms, groups within the firms and specific attorneys within the groups. This allows us to make the best match for attorneys as they are considering the market. We also counsel associates on navigating general career issues at their current firms like compensation, workload and mentorship.
