Experienced director, project manager, pre-sales engineer (and manager) and software professional with 17+ years experience in the aforementioned arena with a strong suit in requirements analysis, business process engineering, and pre-sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations. I possess a combination of management skills, technical savvy, strong business acuity and excellent communication skills which has all help me with implementing enterprise wide solutions and landing multimillion dollar contracts. Trusted with management roles in several different companies, I have a management approach in which I am involved in every stage of the sale, development and implementation process. My writing experience includes the development of pre-sales artifacts (responses to RFIs, proposal development, etc), project documentations and requirements (FRDs, data dictionaries, project plans, etc), and some post-implementation and market literature. I have experience with working and managing the pre and post sales development, testing, and implementation of systems in the Local, State and Federal Government space as well as multitude of commercial and educational institutions.
