Since starting with MHC as a delivery driver at the Olathe branch, I have had several great opportunities and experiences with a great and growing Company. I started with MHC as a delivery driver and learned the speed and urgency of the business. As a Management Trainee, I was exposed to every department and segment of the dealership, as well as having had exposure to top executives and large accounts. When I had the opportunity to work in our Dallas location as an Assistant Service Manager, I was exposed to the value of excellent customer service, I learned about the mechanical aspect of the equipment, and I learned what it means to hire and take care of our people. MHC also gave me the opportunity to run the El Paso, Texas branch. While working with a great team, we grew the store employee headcount significantly, set multiple branch and departmental records, and I learned the value of working as a team to grow market share and develop partnerships with our customers. I was also the Branch Manager of one of our flagship locations in Atlanta, Georgia for almost three years. I had a great group to work with and we increased Kenworth Market share, found innovative ways to take care of customers, and developed Assistant Managers and Management Trainees who have been promoted into new leadership roles. MHC has promoted me to a Vice President role of our newest Iowa, Nebraska, and Illinois locations. I am excited to learn about our new customers businesses and to raise our standards and expectations for customer service. We will do this by creating a mentality of aggressive continuous improvement and professional growth for our team.
