Messer Construction Co. is a construction company which specializes in construction manager, general contractor, integrated project delivery.

I lead the overall business development efforts for Messer Construction Co. In this role, I lead a team of sales, marketing, and pre-construction professionals who consult with and create solutions for building owners who are making decisions about future capital projects. My professional experience includes positions at Messer in cost planning & estimating as well as in project management where my responsibilities ranged from field surveying and document control to subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and contract management. My project management experience includes laboratory, utility, hotel, healthcare, parking structure, and senior living projects. My skills include consulting with organizations who are looking to build, construction delivery methods, pre-construction planning, design/build, construction management, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) including Lean healthcare operations planning, design-assist contracting, contract negotiation, Building Information Modeling (BIM), total cost modeling, and Lean construction.
