Develop and lead the US Strategic Accounts Team to include a team of 8 Strategic Account Directors. Oversee contracting with the GPO's and IDN's within the US market. Continually build relationships with key decision makers within the health system community, provide comprehensive business reviews, propose valued contracts that drive market share and revenue while protecting pricing margin.Oversee management for contract strategies and existing contracts to ensure compliancy and value participation. Communicate effectively and openly with US Sales Leadership Team, Regional Directors, Sales Representatives as well as US Marketing Teams to develop cross functional strategy and tactics for key business initiatives across all areas.
