Founded in 1823, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (www.mcphs.edu) is a private coeducational college offering graduate, professional and undergraduate degrees in pharmacy and health sciences. With campuses in Boston and Worcester, Massachusetts and Manchester, New Hampshire, MCPHS is the oldest institution of higher education in the City of Boston and its pharmacy program is the second oldest in the U.S. Professional or undergraduate degrees are offered in pharmacy, nursing, physician assistant studies, dental hygiene, radiologic sciences, environmental science, health psychology, chemistry, and premedical and health studies. Graduate programs are offered in drug regulatory affairs/health policy, drug discovery and development, pharmacy systems administration, pharmaceutical sciences, medicinal chemistry, and pharmacology. The College enrolls approximately 2,800 students, who are drawn from 32 states and 30 foreign countries, and employs more than 300 faculty and staff. MCPHS is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and has received degree-granting authority from the Great and General Court of Massachusetts and the New Hampshire Postsecondary Education Commission.

An accomplished former Human Resources Executive now serving as a volunteer mentor at the Treasure Valley Chapter of SCORE. As a mentor, I collaborate with fellow mentors to assist clients with a wide range of business issues - whether they are starting a new business or are taking the next step to grow an existing business. Mentors provide assistance with market research, business plan development, defining a value proposition, hiring and employee relations, accounting and legal questions, and communications. As co-chair of the Member Resources Committee, I provide leadership to recruit and on-board new mentors as well as on-going training and development for current mentors with an eye to continuous improvement of our services to clients and the local business community we serve.
