Samantha Gordon is a Partner in McMillan LLP's litigation and dispute resolution group, with a focus on complex corporate, commercial and securities disputes. Samantha has significant experience in antitrust class action defence, shareholder disputes, governance issues, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) litigation, proxy contests, complex contract disputes and commercial arbitration. An experienced litigator, Samantha represents clients at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Commercial List, as well as before domestic and international arbitration tribunals. She has also appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada. Samantha was recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada as "One to Watch" in 2022 and 2023 for corporate commercial litigation.
