I work to make people's lives EASIER by using technology to eliminate some of the million-and-one obstacles we face, every day. In practical terms, I lead software product development for applications that focus on efficiency, enablement and automation. My background is full-stack software engineering, generally operating as project lead, working directly with executive stakeholders to design, launch and monetize new products and services that are core to their businesses. I’ve built or grown teams in support of these efforts at several organizations, establishing missions, roles and processes, finding talent and cultivating leaders. I bring a cross-functional perspective to my work, with experience from marketing and sales, through design and development and onward to hosting, operations and compliance. More often than not, I’m in an environment that’s undergoing significant growth and transformation: launching new products, modernizing infrastructure, refining process or aligning stakeholders. It may be at a startup, an agency or even a Fortune 500 enterprise; today’s rapidly-changing tech landscape means businesses of all sizes increasingly share similar needs to be fast, accurate and flexible, and use similar Lean and Agile techniques to meet them.
