Dave has over 20 years executive and senior leadership experience in aerospace with expertise in general management, business development, operations, special processes, continuous improvement as well as developing & motivating international teams. Dave is currently President and COO at Vac Aero International and previously held positions of increasing responsibility at MB Aerospace, P&W Canada, GE Aviation/Smiths Aerospace and Air Canada/Canadian Airlines. Dave is an accomplished strategic focused leader who is both a big picture thinker as well as a hands-on, approachable, business executive. He is focused on embracing customer expectations, growing business revenue, driving cultural change, and achieving operational excellence as well as developing strategic plans & long term organizational vision. A key focal point has been the effective development of customer relations & expanding the customer base to grow both top and bottom line.
