Manage all P&L responsibility and all aspects of business operations of Matheson's new business area named Frontier Purification Technology (FPT). As VP and GM I am responsible to implement growth strategies via mergers and acquisitions, derive new revenue from new products & new technologies, and organically grow existing multi-million dollar product lines. ►Completion of MBA in 2012 at University of Colorado. ►Over 50 technical publications. ►Over 25 issued international and US patents. ►Six-Sigma Green Belt certified. ►Expertise in silicon and compound semiconductor materials and processes, solar cells, purification, abatement, chemicals, Specialty chemcials, Electronic materials, catalysts, polymers, carbons, green chemistry, material science, carbon dioxide (CO2), fluorocarbons, hydrocarbons, natural gas, bulk gas, hydrogen, desulfurization, zeolites, membranes,analytical methodology, metallurgy, high pressure gases, high purity materials, nano-particles, ultra-high purity equipment, delivery systems, gas storage, atomic layer etch and deposition, chemical vapor deposition (CVD, MOCVD), etching, cleaning, corrosives, corrosion, hydrides, LED and OLED processes and materials, energy and alternative energy,Stage-Gate. Business development experience in assessing new markets, potential acquisition targets, and analyzing business opportunities along with conducting financial analysis in order to develop proposals for new business opportunities.
