Maria Kucheryavaya is a product leader and entrepreneur, currently heading product at Beauty Pie, a beauty subscription platform empowering customers to buy premium skincare, makeup, and supplements directly from manufacturers at a fraction of the cost. Prior to that, Maria co-founded Marketcube, the leading marketplace-as-as-service solution, powering 1600 businesses in 86 countries (as of 2021). Maria also led product & platform growth at Matchesfashion, one of the world’s largest luxury e-commerce companies, bringing together a modern edit of 650+ brands like Gucci, Loewe and Prada delivering to over 176 countries (as of 2022). Earlier in her career, Maria co-founded and run M4M, a B2B fashion marketplace, and did a strategy stint at McKinsey & Company. Maria specialises in product strategy and product operations for e-commerce & platform businesses and has coached and advised investors and startups alike, including Depop, Saatchi, Everpress, Not Just a Label and others. In her spare time, Maria is an avid reader and an amateur immersive theatre director.
