Head of People Operations at MarsBased, a development consultancy from Barcelona specialized in web and mobile applications developed with Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Angular, React and other Javascript frameworks. Among other duties, I am in charge of hiring and onboarding new people to the team, as well as organizing our company events. I am also part of the Startup Grind Barcelona team, being in charge of the logistic organization of our monthly events as well as our annual Startup Grind Tech conference.
