Appointed President and CEO for Lucas Group in 2009, her perceptive intuition and management skills have spurred renewed growth for the 43-year old firm, increasing market share; expanding client and candidate networks; and strengthening internal hiring, training and development. Under her leadership, the firm has strategically realigned to better serve its clients and candidates, successfully revitalized its brand and messaging, and reinforced enhanced operational procedures and process methodologies. Prior to her appointment, Andi served as GM for Lucas Group’s Accounting and Finance unit, where she grew the practice from one person to what is now the largest revenue-generating unit in the company. Throughout her distinguished tenure, she has been an integral part of the expansion of Lucas Group, opening several branches in major markets, leading teams responsible for acquisitions, and managing key strategic partnerships with clients. A highly regarded leader in the executive recruiting industry, Andi is also widely published on career services, executive recruitment, and customer service issues.
