CONTRACT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE With over 30 years of relevant experience in government contracts, Mr. Wolf is a results oriented executive with a proven track record of leading and managing contracts, pricing and subcontract administration organizations in the professional services industry. His background includes broad experience in both federal and commercial markets with leading technology and professional services firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte and BAE Systems. He possesses the organizational skills to communicate vision, instill professionalism and train staff to deliver consistent high-quality service to both internal and external clients. Mr. Wolf is a trusted senior advisor to executive management on matters of competitive strategy, risk mitigation and contractual obligations. Mr. Wolf is also client-focused with strong relationship building and interpersonal skills. Over the years he has helped generate tens of millions in revenue, add-on business and renewals. In response to the tragedy of September 11, 2001, Mr. Wolf took a short detour in his career and served as Deputy Assistant Director at the FBI responsible for overseeing the successful completion of the $400M Trilogy TNC/IPC Program, the largest IT infrastructure upgrade in the Bureau’s history. Mr. Wolf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Gettysburg College. He is an active member of the National Contract Management Association and has published articles in their monthly periodical, Contract Management magazine. Mr. Wolf is also an active member of the Army and Navy Club in Washington, DC. At graduation from Gettysburg College, Mr. Wolf received his commission in the U.S. Army Armor Branch and served as a reserve officer for eight years.
