Liberty Media Corporation is a broadcast media that handles media, communications and entertainment businesses, founded in 1991.

Senior Vice President in Liberty Media's Corporate Development department. I work on generating new opportunities for Liberty to invest in, spend time on corporate governance issues at our portfolio companies, and hopefully contribute to the always-constant flow of ideas around driving shareholder value that occurs every day at Liberty. I currently serve as a director on the board of Live Nation Entertainment, and have held several public and private board positions at companies such as CommerceHub, Backcountry.com, Interval Leisure Group (now Marriott Vacations Worldwide), Saavn and Ideiasnet. Prior to Liberty, I worked for two years as an investment banking associate in the telecom/cable group of Daniels & Associates, one of the most active cable and telecom investment banks in the world. Deal project management, financial modeling and analysis, pitchbook construction and company due diligence were the main tenets of the job. Prior to Daniels, I was a health care research analyst for Janus Capital Group (now Janus Henderson) for five years, and garnered experience in not only the fundamentals of equity research, but also in dealing with extreme market trends (1999-2001) and an understanding of the mentalities which both follow and exploit these trends. Personal priorities include spending time with my family, nonprofit board work (Rocky Mountain PBS and Invest In Kids) and personal growth work. My hobbies include music production, playing jazz saxophone, snowboarding, rock climbing and off-grid camping in the Nevada desert late August.
