Legacy Medical Group networks of primary and specialty care clinics service the healthcare needs of the Portland-metropolitan area and surrounding regions. More than 500 physicians at Legacy Medical Group's nearly 50 primary care and specialty clinics are working to meet the healthcare needs of patients of all ages. This work happens from Battle Ground, Wash., to Woodburn, Ore., from St. Helens to Sandy Ore. Legacy Health is an Oregon-based nonprofit organization and with 9,700 employees, is one of the largest private sector employers in the Portland metropolitan area. Legacy Health provides an integrated network of healthcare services, including acute and critical care, inpatient and outpatient treatment, community health education and a variety of specialty services. Legacy's hospitals include: Legacy Emanuel Medical Center and Randall Children's Hospital, Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center, Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center, Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center in Vancouver. Also included in the Legacy system are a hospice agency, a full-service research facility, and specialty and primary care clinics.
