Senior Director of Engineering, Manufacturing, NPI, Process Control and Configuration Management for DRS C4ISR supporting multiple sites in Florida, Alabama, Texas and California. Primary LOBs during this tenure have included Network Computing, Platform Electronics and EOIR system development. Primary responsibilities have included all aspects of design, development, Manufacturing, New Product Introduction (NPI), Business Capture for CRAD funding, proposal management, execution of IR&D budgets, Capital budgets and department budgets, manpower forecast and staffing adjustments. Business pursuits, system integration and demonstrations have required travel to a myriad of domestic US DoD military bases and international travel to Foreign Ministry of Defense locations across the Middle East.
