I am considered a visionary technologist and executive leader with a strong business and technical acumen. In the current position I have successfully created and negotiated a China Joint Venture that has now been in successful operation for over one year. Prior to these roles I served as the vice president, Next Generation IT and Business Development at Lenovo. In this capacity I successfully started and lead the development and delivery of Lenovo’s next generation data center infrastructure platforms, which encompassed the company’s Cloud Hyper-converged, High Performance Computing (HPC) and Networking business units. Upon joining Lenovo in October 2014 I held the same position held in IBM as Vice President, Enterprise Systems Development. In this position I was a core member of the Senior Leadership Team that divested the business from IBM to Lenovo and transitioned the entire development team to Lenovo. In this role, I directed the global R&D team of over 2,000 professionals with major hubs in Raleigh, NC, Taipei, Beijing, Romania and Shanghai. My scope of responsibility included all Lenovo server
