I am an organized professional who enjoys working in a Human Resources setting. Having the ability to represent the employee while balancing the needs of the employer and maintaining state and federal regulations is always a challenge worth undertaking. I have several years experience as a HRM and am working toward PHR certification. I have experience in, but not limited to the following: human relations and project management, behavioral management, staff recruitment and retention, staff training, coaching and mentoring, written and oral communication skills, recruitment marketing, contract negotiation, policy development and implementation, onboarding development and implementation, and knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
