An experienced Cyber Security 'strategist'​ that sets the security plan and develops the Security Strategy (including the road map) for Ocom/Leaseweb. During this process, Fred will assist the leadership with implementing this into their organization and helping them to 'sell'​ this to their stakeholders. Giving presentations and providing concrete Cyber Security consulting about pragmatic subjects and solutions are some of his specialties. This contains also setting up dedicated and customized Security Programs for personnel. Although Fred is not a 'hardcore'​ Cyber technician, he really likes the technical aspects of Cyber Security and is aware of the (im)possibilities of these hardware and software Cyber (IT) systems. In today's interconnected and instrumented world, Fred can be seen as a unique Cyber Security expert, who has a very broad experience varying from a director education & training within the Industrial Control Systems (SCADA) domain to an Information Security Officer (CISO) in the Business domain and everything in between!
