I am passionate about the work I do and succeeding. It is important to me when leading a team that the team understands the "why" of what they are doing. If a team understands the reason behind what they are doing they inherently feel more like part of the solution. I have experiences in both being a support partner and a Manager of teams focused on C-Level "white glove" support, standard desk side support, and a traditional help desk. In my current role, I had the unique experience of bringing these teams together to operate as one team. Bring these teams together is an important step in evolving the talent within the technology team and ensuring we are providing a consistent level of support across the organization. I believe my experiences and passion to succeed make me a great fit in any organization.
