Currently, I am the HR Recruiting and Travel Coordinator at LasikPlus/LCA Vision. I'm in charge of booking all of our associate's travel to/from our centers nationwide. Here, not only do I make sure all travel is booked accordingly, in the best comfort possible and follow company guidelines, I also create a monthly travel report to ensure travel expenses are within company budget for the year. The other aspect of my job is screening and referring qualified candidates to respective vision centers as well as coordinating and scheduling interviews within our recruiting department. Previously, I worked as the International Operations Manager for one of the top tour operators in Los Angeles. Part of my job was building strong, long lasting relationships with hundreds of hotels and transfer companies all over the world to ensure clients would receive the best negotiated rates possible. Other aspects of my job were training employees, creating HR policies and expense reports, producing detailed presentations, and working directly with the CEO on future projects. Prior to working for ITS, I was an esthetician at a luxury medi-spa in Cincinnati and had my hand in marketing as I promoted products for Team Enterprises. Both of these positions allowed me to enhance my sales experience. Directly out of high school, I worked at Comair, a Delta subsidiary for 2 years. There, I received experience working for a corporate company and established a role in customer service. I believe my work history contributed to my excellent work ethic, my impeccable business sense and my outstanding customer service and sales skills.
